Muses Workshops

The Border Theatre is offering FREE classes in creation into performance. These MFA level courses in screenwriting are designed to generate quality writing from community members. These writings are then used as the basis for the acting portion of the sessions. Using examples from film and television, as well as practical exercises each session will explore storytelling, role-playing, and performance to train artists while raising awareness, building empathy, and developing techniques in order to tell OUR ORIGINAL STORIES through theatre and film.

The pieces will be read featuring the workshop participants and eventually turned into filmed performances.
