The Hijacking of a Poetry Reading
On January 28th, The Border Theatre was invited to participate in the Barbed Wire Open Mic series, a monthly event organized by the local literary magazine Border Senses.
If you missed it, here’s what happened at the beginning of the night:
But that wasn’t all. The Border Theatre presented two additional short performance pieces. The next, called Anniversary, was written and performed by Mari Gomez and Ryan Perry (a.k.a. The Charming Elusive).
The last piece, Snow/Rabbit, was also written by The Charming Elusive and involved most of the performance ensemble members:
