The Border Theatre provides services to the community in various fields including:
Productions
We produce three productions a season, with a staged reading of an original local work. All the productions are innovative and original works aimed at exploring the art of performance and bringing it to the community in original and unconventional ways.

We offer a variety of workshops and classes to the community. Some of them are completely free. These range from playwrighting to acting and movement. Please see our community services page for more information.
Community ServicesWriting Collective
The Border Theatre is in the process of forming a playwright collective that fosters the production of local works. We will be inviting the writers of our produced seasonal works to assist in the education and training of the group.
Script Reading
We strive to premiere works and are always open to receiving original scripts. Any writer from around the country is encouraged to submit their work. All submissions are read and considered for production.
